What we specifically need from you is your first name and email.

The body responsible for processing this personal data is the Shared Service Center Daenens, Rijselstraat 231, 8200 Bruges.

Any request to access, correct, delete or transfer personal data or any request to withdraw your consent or object to your personal data being processed must be sent to privacy@groupdaenens.be.

The reason for processing your personal data is so that we can send your household help a compliment as part of the “Cleaning Day 2025” campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to boost well-being among household helps by giving them compliments. We hope to strengthen the mutual relationship between the customer, the household help and the service voucher company by providing a unique, direct contact between the three parties. So the processing of your personal data falls under Article 6.1, f) of the GDPR: the pursuit of legitimate interests.

Your personal data will be stored in a file that will be used exclusively by Group Daenens. This file will be deleted once the “Cleaning Day 2025” campaign is over. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
